A&M's Ueckert Named State Farm Scholar-Athlete

Prior to Friday night's baseball game in College Station, Texas A&M senior Matt Ueckert was honored as a State Farm Scholar Athlete. He was joined in the on-field presentation by State Farm representative Jim Beard.
Ueckert, a Houston native and third-generation Aggie, recently graduated from A&M with a degree in Political Science with Cum Laude honors.
His academic award netted $250 for the A&M General Scholarship fund, courtesy of State Farm.
